Three new members join the Board in 2021-2022
Charles Wright Academy is proud to welcome three new members to our board of trustees for the 2021-22 school year. Our board exists to make decisions and take action to ensure the viability of Charles Wright’s mission into the future, and we are tremendously grateful for the time and commitment made by our alumni, parent, and community member Trustees. Please join us in welcoming (left to right): Johnny Fisher P’26, Scott M. Limoli P’20, and Nicole Stice P’24, ’27, ’29.
Johnny Fisher
Johnny joined the Board in 2021 and serves on the Finance Committee and Risk Management Ad Hoc Committee. He retired as a colonel from the Washington National Guard and the U.S. Army after more than 28 years of service. In the Army he held multiple levels of command and positions such as director of military support (to civilian authorities), deputy human resources officer/personnel and spent his last few years as the director of fiscal operations and property.
He and his wife, Jenn, are the parents of two children, including a current Tarrier in the Class of 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economic sciences and two master’s degrees in homeland security and strategic studies. He is currently enjoying his retirement spending time with his family, volunteering, and traveling.
Scott Limoli, CPA/ABV
Scott joined the Board in 2021 and serves on the Finance and Audit committees. He is a certified public accountant and president of the accounting firm Ryan, Jorgenson, & Limoli, P.S., in Gig Harbor. Scott received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting. He has over 25 years of experience working with privately held businesses and their shareholders. His practice emphasis includes comprehensive tax planning, business formation, acquisition, valuation, and succession planning.
Scott has previously served as a board member of the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation and the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Scott lives in Gig Harbor with his wife, Wendy. Their daughter, Ella, is a recent CWA graduate from the Class of 2020. As a volunteer and a parent of an alumna, he hopes to preserve the unique qualities of CWA while also working to meet the needs of future students.
Nicole Stice
Nicole joined the Board in 2021 and serves on the Development Committee, Head Evaluation and Compensation Committee (HECC), and serves as Trustee Liaison to the Parent Association Steering Committee.
The Stice family joined the Charles Wright community in 2011. Nicole has three sons who will graduate from CWA in 2024, 2027, and 2029. Nicole has been an active and impactful contributor to the CWA community over the past 10 years. She has served on the Steering Committee for the Parent Association, as well as in other leadership roles that include Lower School liaison, Middle School liaison, and Upper School liaison.
Nicole is an active contributor and is fully engaged in volunteering and fundraising for the greater community, from local nonprofits to community sports to having served as president of the local co-op preschool. Nicole is altruistic and compassionate and will be a tremendous asset to guiding and supporting the school.
Nicole moved to the Pacific Northwest from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 2004 to be with her husband, Jeff, a Washington native. Nicole is a graduate of Glendon College, York University, with a bilingual (French and English) Bachelor of Arts majoring in economics. Nicole was a brand manager for a leading food brand in Canada, President’s Choice, and was also a consultant to Whole Foods in helping develop and build their private label program. Nicole continues to use her marketing experience to build their Essenza brand and helps in many other roles in their family businesses. In her downtime, Nicole enjoys the arts, boating, playing tennis, and watching her boys play baseball.
