Athletics Recap 10/11/21 – 10/15/21
Here’s a recap of this past week from Athletic Director Tyler Francis:
Upper School Girls Soccer
The team played hard, but fell short to Seattle Christian 9 – 5 and Klahowya 5-0.
Upper School Baseball
The team lost to Cascade Christian 7-4 and Life Christian 16-2.
Upper School Cross-Country
Tarriers competed at Klahowya with top finishers; Daphne G. ’24 (5) and Dylan B. ’23 (15), Dylan M. ’24 (7), Jack S. (10) ’24, and Mars Y. ’22 (11).
Upper School Boys Tennis
The team lost to Annie Wright 2-3.
Upper School Football
There was no game as the opponent was unable to play.
Upper School Girls Volleyball
JV/Swing players defeated Life Christian 3-0.
Middle School Cross-Country
Tarriers met at Titlow with top finishers; Keeler K. ’28 (3), Rowan M. ’28 (15), Sofia I. ’28 (18), Cole R. ’28 (11) and Hudson S. ’28 (20).
Lower School Running Club
Our runners had their first meet this past Sunday at Clark’s Creek Park in Puyallup. Cascade Christian, Annie Wright, and CWA were the 3 teams participating. The Tarriers had a very strong showing and fought through adversity.
